Is Wowslides free or paid?

Wowslides is a free application with all features. Only enterprise edition is paid.

Can I convert other file extensions except PowerPoint on Wowslides?

Yes. Wowslides converts ppt, pptx and pdf documents to html5.

Which features of PowerPoint presentation are converted to HTML5 by Wowslides?

Wowslides converts your PowerPoint presentations with all features such as animations, transitions, triggers, audios, videos, gifs, tables, shapes, hyperlinks, buttons, graphics, smart arts, text formatting and effects etc.

Can I upload a file without sign-in to Wowslides?

No, you must sign-in to Wowslides. This also provides you to analyze your presentations.

Is there a presentation limit for free membership?

No. You can upload how many presentations you want. But, if you want to embeddable private presentation, you should upgrade your membership to Wowslides Professional.

Is there a presentation limit for individual use?

No. You can upload how many presentations you want.

Is there a slide limitation for each presentation?

No. You can upload your presentation without limitation of slide number.

Does Wowslides play the video in my presentation?

Wowslides converts all features in a PowerPoint presentation, including video.

Does Wowslides play the audio in my presentation?

Wowslides converts all features in a PowerPoint presentation, including audio.

Does Wowslides view the gifs in my presentation?

Wowslides converts all features in a PowerPoint presentation, including gif.

Do all presentations work on mobile?

Wowslides is a PowerPoint to Html5 converter. All presentations work flawlessly on all mobile devices.

TEMPLATES

Are the templates of Wowslides free or paid?

All templates of Wowslides are free for all users. You can download and start to use them on PowerPoint.

Are the templates of Wowslides compatible with all versions of MS PowerPoint?

No. Templates of Wowslides are compatible with only MS PowerPoint 2007 and over.

Can I publish my own template on Wowslides?

Yes, you can publish your own template public or private. When you upload your presentation, mark the “Save as a draft” option.

Can I sell my own template on Wowslides?

No. Wowslides is a free application except enterprises. It cannot be used for commercial purposes.

Is it required to confirm by Wowslides for publishing my own template?

Your template is submitted for the Wowslides’ approval. If it is confirmed, template will publish for members to use.

Can I remove a template that Wowslides confirmed before?

You can remove your published template.

Can I define specific users to download my template?

Uploaded templates are for all Wowslides users. You can’t define specific user for downloading your template.

PUBLISHING PRESENTATIONS

Who can view my presentation on Wowslides?

All Wowslides users can view your presentation. If you don’t want them to view it, you should use settings of your presentation. You can select one of the below:

Everyone: All users included non-member of Wowslides can view your presentation.

Only me: Only you can view your presentation

Anyone with a link: Only ones who get your presentation link.

Anyone with a link & password: Only ones who get your presentation link and password.

Can I assign my presentation someone I defined?

You can use privacy settings to obtain link and password for your presentation. Or you can define domain restriction for your presentation. But, you should upgrade your membership to Wowslides Professional to use domain restriction.

Can users download my presentation?

If you allow users to download your presentation as PDF, PowerPoint or SCORM, they can download it.

Can I download my presentation as a video?

Wowslides is a PowerPoint to HTML5 converter. It is not allowed to download a converted presentation as video.

Can I remove the default next and previous buttons when the presentation is viewed?

You can switch next and previous buttons, outline menu, laser and full screen options on presentation viewer settings.

ANALYTICS

Which reports of the presentation does Wowslides give?

Wowslides gives you reports that includes count of view and unique view, total watch time, user name, view dates and times, IP addresses, watched time and watched percentage per user who viewed your presentation.

Is analytic report of an updated presentation deleted?

Currently yes, we are working on it.

Is there any difference between presentation reports on Wowslides Professional and individual use?

Wowslides Enterprise and Wowslides Professional membership allows you to see more detailed user information who view your presentation than free account.

SIGNING UP AND SIGNING IN

I signed up for Wowslides but I didn’t receive the confirmation email.

First of all, be sure you registered with the correct e-mail. You can find it under Profile Settings. If you have not received the Wowslides message to confirm your e-mail address, please check your spam or junk mail folder. The next step is making sure that your e-mail settings with your email provider allows ALL emails from info@wowslides.com addresses, and that it does not route them to spam.

If you still haven’t found your confirmation email, please contact us so we can take a look.

I can’t remember my password for signing in. How do I reset it?

If you can’t remember your password, you can use the “I Forgot My Password. Send Again?” link under the “Password” on the Sign In page to reset it. Be sure to enter the same e-mail address as the one you have registered with Wowslides.

I don't remember my password; how can I log in?

If you can't remember your password, you can reset it in a few simple steps. Follow these steps to create a new one:

1. Click "Forgot Password" below the sign in button at the bottom of the Sign In page.

2. Enter the same e-mail address as the one you have registered with Wowslides.

3. Check your inbox for the password reset e-mail.

4. Click on the URL provided in the email and enter a new password.

I can’t sign in after resetting my password.

Try logging in using the same email that you used to reset your password. Also, don’t forget that passwords are case-sensitive; make sure there are no extra spaces in the password field.
